Customer Service Specialist (Full-Time)
Knowledge of Engineering, Design, Drafting, Art Supplies, and/or Surveying Equipment is preferred. Looking for bright, articulate, friendly Internet-savvy person to assist our customers via email, phone, and chat in a prompt professional manner. Ability to multi-task, and professional phone experience is required. Basic Windows PC, Microsoft Office, and Internet skills are required.

Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with questions by providing guidance via e-mail, and phone.
* Follow-up on behalf of customer inquiries through product research, providing accurate information and recommendations for solution.
* Maintain an extensive knowledge of all products and vendors.
* Provide resolution to our customers via e-mail and phone.
* Work effectively within and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
* Continually look for new ways to satisfy the customer and improve processes, encouraging repeat business and increasing productivity.

Requirements:
* Customer Service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center in the engineering, surveying, construction, design, or general merchandise markets.
* Above-average phone manner, e-mail experience, follow-up skills, organizational skills, excellent writing skills, and superior conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent computer skills and strong typing abilities, at least 40 wpm with a high degree of accuracy in both spelling and grammar.
* Experience with database/Internet research.
* Strong analytical ability.
* High level of energy and enthusiasm.
* Four-year college degree preferred but not required

Catalog/Product Manager (Full-Time)
We are currently seeking to add a member to our Product Management Team.

* Requirements: E-commerce, Web Production or Catalog experience required
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience
* Graphics Software: Strong ability in scanning, resizing, and retouching photographs and graphics
* Familiar with the use of PhotoShop and/or Paint Shop Pro
* Excellent knowledge of HTML, Classic ASP, .NET, MSSQL, Excel, FTP

Construction/Surveying Equipment Sales Specialist (Full-Time)
We are currently seeking to add a member to our sales team that is knowledgeable about surveying equipment, land surveying, and the construction industry in general. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual who is willing to learn and grow with our company. The person we're looking for must be self-directed and self-motivated. Applicants will be expected to act as the frontline contact for our customers by processing incoming sales and customer service calls. Participation in ongoing product and customer service training programs is an integral part of this position.

Requirements:
* Typing Skills of 25+ WPM
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office & Outlook Applications
* Web or Catalog/Phone Sales Experience.

Description:
The position focuses on sales regarding construction equipment, land surveying equipment, including lasers, total stations, tripods, transits, level, and most equipment that is used by land surveying professionals and contractors. Duties will include significant work via phone and email. Candidate must be detail oriented, organized and able to handle multiple projects and well spoken and able to explain detailed equipment via phone. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems is desirable. Must have proven experience in the industry and field and a solid work history.
