Shipping Policy
Our shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout for orders that are shipping within the lower 48 States. For orders that are to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, please submit your order first. We will then contact you by email with shipping charges and ask you for permission before processing your order. We will not ship or charge you until we receive your permission. If you are shipping to a location outside of the United States that is not listed above, please refer to "International Shipping" below.
International Shipping
Engineer Supply ships orders only to addresses located within the United States and Canada. At this time, we do not offer shipping to any other international locations. Orders placed using freight forwarders, export brokers, or similar services intended to ship products outside of the United States or Canada are not permitted. Engineer Supply reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears to be intended for export. By placing an order with Engineer Supply, the customer agrees that the products purchased are intended for use within the United States or Canada and will not be exported, re-exported, or transferred outside of these countries in violation of applicable U.S. export laws and regulations. Engineer Supply is not responsible for export compliance obligations if a customer chooses to forward or export products after delivery within the United States or Canada.
Processing, Shipment, and Delivery
Care is taken to properly pack and ship each order off the dock. Usually, orders are processed on the same day the order is submitted to us but can take approximately 2 business days or more depending upon current demands. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Commercial Furniture Cosmetic Imperfections Policy
Minor surface scuffs, edge nicks, and non-visible blemishes are common in commercial furniture shipping and fall within industry-accepted tolerances. These cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for replacement or refunds. Please report any structural damage within 5 business days for review.
The approximate lead time for each item is shown on the product page. Please be aware that some items may carry a longer lead time than others. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the shipment date. Some products carry a longer lead time than others and some ship same day. For your convenience, lead times are shown on each product page.
LTL Freight
The base LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping cost is $450 and applies to standard commercial delivery only. This rate does not include accessorial fees such as residential delivery, liftgate service, limited access delivery, appointment scheduling, inside delivery, or other special handling requirements. Please note that certain delivery locations may incur additional surcharges based on carrier limitations or service requirements. Any applicable accessorial fees or location-based charges will be billed separately.
Please note: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, or refuse the shipment (not due to shipping damage), a reassignment fee and/or restocking fee may apply.
