and we understand there are exceptions. Our ultimate goal is to break even on our true shipping and packing costs
as we do not intend to make a profit on shipping.
If you feel that the product or order you have is an exception,
please email us and explain the item(s) you are wanting to purchase,
and your shipping location, we will take a look at the situation and
consider before you place an order.
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please submit your order.
We will then email you and ask for permission with the exact shipping charges before processing
and shipping your order.
Please note that it takes 1 to 2 business days for us to process and ship an order off
the dock. Some products carry a longer lead time. Lead times are
