Also known as "Upside Down Paint" or "Utility Marking Paint", sold in both APWA and fluorescent colors in 20-ounce size cans. One-coat coverage and Spray-thru cap allow for inverted painting with ease. Use on for marking the location of underground utilities on concrete, pavement, gravel, grass, brick, asphalt, athletic fields. Also use for excavation, ground marking, land surveying, and construction stakeout marking. All of the paint below is solvent based paint, except for the Fluorescent Caution Blue (PIFCB20W) which is water based paint.
