The RL-H3A has an impressive range of up to 2300' in diameter, and features Topcon's liquid compensation technology for superior durability.

You can rely on the RL-H3A self-leveling to provide stable and accurate grade. There are no delicate wires or bearings to worry about. That's because Topcon combined the World's fastest leveling system with their patented Liquid Compensation.

The RL-H3A comes with the LS-70 SmartSensor receiver and holder for simple one-person operation. Set-up the RL-H3A and use the LS-70 SmartSensor to check grade. It offers 11 levels of precise visual and audible grade verification and even alerts you when the laser has been bumped or when the batteries are low. The holder also lets you position the LS-70 on the grade rod quickly and accurately.
