Our shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout for orders that are shipping within the lower 48 States. For orders that are to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, please submit your order first. We will then contact you by email with shipping charges and ask you for permission before processing your order. We will not ship or charge you until we receive your permission. If you are shipping to a location outside of the United States that is not listed above, please refer to "International Shipping" below.
International Shipping
You may consider submitting the shipping address of a freight forwarder that you select. Generally, it's a good idea to select a freight forwarder before submitting an order with us. First, contact the freight forwarder first and ask them if they can ship to your location. They can give you an idea of how much the shipping cost will be. Then give notification that you will be ordering from EngineerSupply and shipping to their location. We are responsible for the items shipping to the freight forwarder and you will be responsible for the shipment from the freight forwarder to your location. EngineerSupply is not responsible for any brokerage, customs, tariffs, or other related fees. We simply ship the product to the freight forwarder and you (the customer) are responsible for any fees or damages that are related to shipping over borderlines. Items shipped outside of the USA are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance.
Processing, Shipment, and Delivery
Care is taken to properly pack and ship each order off the dock. Usually, orders are processed on the same day the order is submitted to us but can take approximately 2 business days or more depending upon current demands. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
The approximate lead time for each item is shown on the product page. Please be aware that some items may carry a longer lead time than others. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the shipment date. Some products carry a longer lead time than others and some ship same day. For your convenience, lead times are shown on each product page.
