Make a Return or Exchange



We have multiple warehouse locations so we ask please DO NOT ship returns to our headquarters location. You must get approval from us before attempting any return. ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

ONE
To start the process of making a Return or Exchange, or if your product was damaged in shipment, begin the process using our Return Form here. Make sure you enter your e-mail address correctly as our Returns Manager will work with you by e-mail first and use phone if needed. By submitting our return form online, you agree to our return policy.

Please Note: If a replacement product is requested, we reserve the right to have a technician attempt to trouble-shoot via phone and/or email prior to making a return and replacement shipped. Some of our products are very technical in nature and many times it can be corrected by phone instead of making a return.

After submitting this form agreeing to our returns policy, our returns manager will review and if the return falls within our return policy approve it. Once we approve a return, we will provide instructions and an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Any returning shipment must have a RMA# highly visible on the exterior of the package (use a magic marker to write the RMA# on the outside of the returning shipping carton). Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost when returning non-defective merchandise and we highly recommend that you use UPS or FedEx and provide us with a tracking number.

THREE
Once the merchandise has arrived at the warehouse we instruct you to ship to, it will be inspected upon receipt, and a refund will be issued if merchandise can be returned to inventory and resold. Returned merchandise must arrive in new and unused condition in the original packaging materials. Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded to the account you provided when you placed your order.


RETURN POLICY
Authorized returns will be refunded in full minus a 20% restocking fee and minus shipping. Restocking fees are waived if customer places a new order of equal or greater value within 10 business days of submitting the return request form. Refunds will not be made on merchandise that is fully or partially assembled. We do recommend that you use a shipping company such as UPS or FedEx that offers a tracking feature when making a return shipment.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns must be shipped within 10 days after we issue the RMA number to you.
  • Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, minus shipping cost.
  • Restocking fees are not charged if EngineerSupply is found to be in error.
  • Restocking fees are charged if customer refusing shipment without return authorization.
  • Restocking fees are waived if customer places a new order of equal or greater value within 10 days of submitting this return request form to us.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging, and must be in a new-like re-sellable condition.
  • Note that any item that ships in a blister pack and the pack has been opened, these items are not eligible for return.
  • Note that Replacement Parts cannot be returned.


    Warranty Information
    After our return policy period has passed, purchases made from EngineerSupply are no longer authorized to be returned. After this time, products are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty. In some instances, manufactures' will offer replacement or repair at their discretion. For your convenience, we can provide the manufacturers' contact information for your product. We are always interested in receiving feedback for any of the products and brands we sell.
