  Your ordering site is not intuitive. I had to spend a lot of time getting the "PENCIL" discount code to work, for the mechanical pencil. I had to spend time figuring out how to "continue shopping." There should be a button for that on the cart page. Even entering the expiration date of the credit card is a non-standard format. You should change your cart page to work like other vendors like Amazon. I almost gave up in frustration and almost just went to Amazon. Only your lower price of the item actually kept me with you to try like 4 times to get your ordering process to actually function. Quite frustrating. It looks like you had an engineer set up your ordering process rather than a customer oriented sales person who knows how to make it easy to take the customer's money.

  INSTEAD OF ADDING ONTO AN EXISTING ORDER, I HAD TO SEND AN EMAIL? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SEPARATE FROM ORDER UDATES.. VERY TIME CONSUMING, I ENDED UP PLACING A NEW ORDER...
