  This is the second time I'm placing the same order. I submitted an order with payment and received an email stating that my order was received. However, after waiting a few days and wanting to know when the order would be processed/shipped, I had to track it to discover it was canceled on the very same day the order was placed - without explanation or some sort of notification.
