  This is the second time I'm placing the same order. I submitted an order with payment and received an email stating that my order was received. However, after waiting a few days and wanting to know when the order would be processed/shipped, I had to track it to discover it was canceled on the very same day the order was placed - without explanation or some sort of notification.

  Sales support assisted me over email to determine the max clamp width. Looking forward to utilizing this in our print shop for QC purposes.
