The Palmgren Universal-Tap Electric Tapping Machine is designed for small, medium, and large-sized taps, this machine utilizes a unique single articulating arm design that allows for tapping as close as eight inches to the vertical mounting bracket. This innovative feature provides a large work envelope, even in confined work areas. The arm is equipped with lubricated-for-life bearings at all swivel points, provides weightless operation through the use of gas counter balance springs and permits the operator to bring the tap to the hole with ease.
