HOW TO USE A SECO HAND LEVEL
The Seco Hand Level is a simple optical device with a bubble, and it allows you to measure elevation differences. Your starting point will be at a known elevation, which is where you want to place your rod. Stand where you need to measure from, and take two readings (“elevation from” and “elevation to”). You can calculate the difference in elevation by subtracting the two numbers, and the result will be either positive or negative (depending on the type of incline). If you’re looking for this tool or any other type of Seco survey equipment, be sure to look at what we have at Engineer Supply.
